Ordering
All orders are paid for through paypal, making it safer for you to buy from my site. If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted straight away, it is very important to us that our customers are happy!
If you want a bag to be made for you, please contact by email your requirements e.g colour, measure, trims and handle type. Designs will be done for you to chose from and yarn samples sent to you, to make sure you get the perfect bag you want. Once design is finalised and a price given, a 25% deposit will be need.The rest is to be pay on completion and before bag is deliveried.
Delivery
Allow 5 working days for your purches to arrive,unless you are having a bag made to order, allow 4 to 6 weeks. All bags are sent recorded delivery, unless you state otherwise.
Postal and packaging charges are:- Order under £25 - p&p is £2.95
Orders over £25 - p&p is £4.95
All items are sent first class recorded delivery
Refund and exchanges
It is most important to us that our customers are happy, so if for any reason you need a refund or exchange we are happy to do so. All refunds and exchanges need to be done within the first 7 days of your purchase arriving, just contact us by email with details of why the item will be returned and then send the item back to us, your money will be refunded as soon as we receive the goods back in the same condition as it was dispatched, unless the item was faulty.
Postage isn't paid for returned and exchanged items!
